Introduction
Speedy Circuits, is a Taiwan based Company manufacturing,single, double sided and multilayer Rigid & Flexible printed circuit boards.Speedy Circuits was founded in 1985. In the beginning,from 1985 through 1996 Speedy offered contract manufacturing of printed circuit boards to a limited number of Taiwan owned electronics companies. In late 1996 and set to begin in 1997 the chairman, general manager of Speedy Circuits Co., Ltd., decided to offer prototype, short run production and small quantity mass production of printed circuit boards to customers in the USA and other selected foreign countries. The management of Speedy Circuits is proud of the facts that Speedy Circuits Co., Ltd. is a UL and an ISO 9001:2000 registered company and is RoHS compliant.

Production Capacity
Speedy's production capacity is 70,000 square feet of high reliability computer grade printed circuit boards per month. This is broken down to the following percentages: Double sided PCBs = 20 percent, Four layer PCBs = 40 percent, Six layer PCBs = 25 percent, Eight layer to Thirty layer PCBs =15 percent each. Orders for Single side PCBs are accepted as a courtesy to our customers but do not count significantly in our production capacity
Prototype & Short run production PCBs
To our knowledge Speedy Circuits Co., Ltd. is the only printed circuit board manufacturer in Taiwan that will accept and build prototype, samples and short run production PCBs in , small quantities, for Quick Delivery to the USA and other foreign destinations. Why Speedy is speedy ! Speedy』s expedited service is possible by having the customer send gerber files and other pertinent documents to Speedy via E-mail attachments or FTP, Immediately upon receiving the gerber files and other documents.Speedy's engineering department quickly produces first generation artwork via Speedy's laser plotter.This is followed by.Speedy』s all encompassing in-house processes.
These processes include but are not limited to,CAM stations,Laser plotters,Innerlayer,AOI scanning,mass lamination,drilling,plating,Dry Film (image transfer),Liquid photo-imageable soldermask,board finishing, e.g.,PCB profile by NC router,V-scoring,Electrically tested by flying probe tester,final OQC and packaging for shipment. Then, as soon as the prototypes, short run order is completed to purchase order instructions to be delivered on requested delivery date the PCBs are despatched to the customer』s designated address in the USA or other foreign countries via Air Express Deliver,FedEx, DHL or UPS for the following day delivery services.Efficiencies ! The staff of Speedy Circuits have spent many hours gaining an education in the latest technologies that are required to produce high reliability PCBs that are required in today's high tech electronics industry. To further enhance the employees education, Speedy sponsors continuing education programs for all employees. The seminars sponsored by Speedy are related to the design, manufacture and quality control of printed circuit boards. These programs are up-to-date available to all employees all the time.
